We will help you uncover, manage, and secure your SaaS ecosystems, and provide monthly reporting to keep you informed.

Bare metal backups**

Our backup solution ensures minimal downtime for critical systems such as servers, by providing on-site and cloud backups over your network or to a removable device. We remotely monitor backups to ensure their safety and replication.

In the case of a failure beyond the PC Concepts SLA, a fixed fee will apply.

1 hour Free Remote Support per 50 endpoints

PC Concepts will supply your company with 1 hour of Free Remote Support per 50 endpoints you sign up with us.

This hour can be carried over to the following month as an additional hour after the stipulated Free Remote Support for that month is used, otherwise, it will be forfeited if still not used in the carryover month.
